Tarot Spreads for Integration

NO: Wait. Postpone. Pause. Say no.
You are being called to either pause or say NO. Saying YES to something that isnât in alignment with you will drain your energy and your time. Hold out for a congruent aligned 100 percent YES.
Often, when we are looking for guidance to make a decision, it can be frustrating not to move into clear and considered action. However, timing is everything, and not receiving clear guidance is actually guidance in itself. We all go through times known as âwaiting periods.â These times are crucial for our body to regenerate, the new path to formulate, and the Universe to begin creating things on our behalf. You donât need to be plowing forward all the time to move forward. A potent congruent YES when the time is right will put you ahead leaps and bounds. Donât force things now, just because it seems like the only option. Take a breather and wait.
The waiting is actually very productive, for when the time for movement comes you will be ready to dive right in. Use this time to regenerate and ponder what you truly want. Consider the options. If the options are not clear, donât fear, because this time is a gift. Use it to tend to your garden and take a rest. To take a moment from your busy life to clear the decks and prepare for the time in the future. For come spring, clarity will bloom and you will have the reserves, space, and drive to say YES and act and move quickly.

AWAKENING: ENERGETIC UPGRADES. A NEW WAY OF BEING. INTEGRATION.
You are going through a period of awakening. Things are changing within you and at many levels. You are starting to remember ancient truths, and discovering more and more about who you are and why you incarnated.
You may find that you are experiencing past-life flashbacks, seeing the invisible thread that is woven through all of life, or even feeling kundalini Shakti rise through your body from the base of your spine.
The most important thing for this time is not to overthink it and to stay grounded. Share your experiences with like-souled people while you consciously integrate them. Journal and pay attention to your dreams. You are remembering and your soul gifts are emerging.
During this time of transition and awakening, you may be called to devote yourself to being of service. There are ideas, truths, concepts, books, and creations waiting to be birthed into this world. Stay open to receiving them. Pulling this card may be a sign that you are here to birth one of these creations into the world. Or perhaps you are being called to make a shift in your life in order to be of service. Donât think too much about it, instead repeat the following Work Your Light Activation.

PLAY: Have fun. Celebrate. Donât be so serious.
Stop taking life so seriously; your spirit needs to have some fun. The more you play, the more inspiration will follow. Take some time out to do something, without being attached to the outcome.
You are being called to rest and play, and learn to have more fun. Do something that makes you laugh â the best medicine around. Call up a friend that you can be silly with. Take your inner child on a date. The more you switch off your mind, the more room your spirit has to whisper and guide. When we do things without being attached to the outcome, ideas, clarity, guidance, and solutions have the space to drop in. The left and right hemispheres of the brain can begin talking to each other. Make play a compulsory part of your day. Schedule it.
Spend more time doing things just because you love to do them. Just because they bring you joy and light you up. If you follow what lights you up, you will light up the world without even trying. For when you are lit up, you are in your spirit and when you are in your spirit you fall into flow with life.

If you have been working hard lately, itâs time to celebrate how far you have come â all that youâve achieved. Donât rush on to the next thing, take a moment to throw a party, go on vacation, or have some fun.

OPPORTUNITY AND CHANGE: YOUR MESSAGE
As one door closes, another one opens. This is a time for change. Your angels are drawing close to support you in making the changes that you need to make to attract opportunities and abundance. You may have experienced resistance recently, or felt stuck, but the new beginning you are seeking is unfolding now. If youâre hesitating over a decision or wondering what to do about a particular project, your angels are encouraging you to go with the new. Change might bring a sense of vulnerability or present you with the unknown, but it will allow you to make a deeper connection to your feelings and gifts and whatâs important to you. Your guardian angel is waiting to guide you through the doorway of opportunity that is being offered to you now.
EXTENDED MESSAGE
You are in a time of change and opportunity. Whether this involves a new role, career opportunity, relationship, child or project, know that it is blessed by God and angels. This is an exciting time, and if you have apprehensions, know that this card is reassuring you that you are being supported by the divine. If you ask angels to lead the way, you will be guided by signs, intuition, and instinct. Move forward fearlessly, as this is a blessed time for you.
TAKE CHARGE AND ACTION: Your Message
Donât be afraid to take charge or be strong at this time. Sometimes we have to take control in order to be respected or honored. If you feel that your current situation is moving in a direction that isnât serving you, your joy, or your purpose, the message of this card is to put your foot down now. You donât have to be aggressive, but you do need clarity now, and unless you step in, it wonât unfold. So, set a good example. Respect yourself. Lead rather than be led. If youâre wondering whether to make the next move in a particular situation, this card encourages you to do so. Often angels find it difficult to support us fully unless we make the first move. Meet them halfway now by showing your commitment to moving forward.
Extended Message If you are feeling ambitious at this time, this card is asking you to trust in your gifts and potential. You have the opportunity to move forward in your career, personal life, and spiritual life. You are a co creator with the universe and your angel guide is encouraging you to take action. By setting clear intentions, having a strong vision and taking the action steps you need to make your ideas come to life, you are showing the universe your commitment to your expansion. Know that with every step you take, your angels are with you, cheerleading and encouraging you to rise on up! Rise up! Focus your intention and send it out like an arrow!
EASE AND GRACE: Your Message This is a time to learn and adapt. You are being guided to slow down, take your time, take in the current moment, and allow space for events to occur. You often put too much pressure and expectation on yourself, and this is not required. Also, with constant effort and rush, youâll find yourself becoming overwhelmed and tired. When you are too forceful, you use up too much energy, and that may hinder your progress at this time. If you are in a difficult situation at work or with other people, donât feel you have to prove your skills, talents, or worth. Itâs important to know that everything involved in this situation is pivotal to your growth, expansion, and spiritual connection. This card invites you to switch on the light you have within. Itâs time to be a star, to rise up, to get behind the wheel and drive the journey of your life. Yes, energy is going to be needed to hustle and push, but every single effort you make will pay off. Right now you are sending out a signal, and that will create a wave that can lay the foundation for the rest of your life.
Extended Message Being spiritual isnât always easy. It comes with a price, and often that price is time and effort. That is why angels call it âlight work,â because we have to work our light. This isnât spiritual âeasy,â this isnât spiritual âvacation,â this is spiritual work, and that does mean we have to work.
