Hey! I'm Francisca Hernandez, a Somatic Breathwork Teacher based in Houston and serving clients worldwide through online healing sessions. 

I'm also a recovering co-dependent and high-functioning empath who was struggling to breathe and literally bleeding to death in 2017.

Luckily, meditation, Reiki, tarot, yoga, and breathwork found me and guided me back to my intuition, helping me uncover my Soul and back to a place of self-acceptance and awareness.
