No previous teaching experience is required. Many students join after experiencing their own transformation through breathwork and feeling called to share it. This training will guide you step-by-step in how to confidently hold space, whether for individuals or groups.

Each Houston Breathwork Teacher Training is intentionally small — 3–7 students per cohort. That means you’ll never get lost in the crowd. You’ll receive direct support, feedback, and personal mentoring as you grow into your role as a facilitator.

Absolutely. You can choose the format that works best for your life:

• Weekday Intensive (Mon–Fri): A 5-day immersion.

• Weekend Format (Fri–Sun + Sat–Sun): Spread across two weekends to accommodate working professionals.

Both formats include 100+ hours of practice, integration, and ongoing support.

Yes — upon completion, you’ll receive a Breathwork Teacher Certification that qualifies you to confidently facilitate 1:1 sessions and group circles. You’ll also gain practical business tools to integrate breathwork into your existing healing practice or to begin offering it professionally.

Yes. I am a trauma-informed facilitator, and you’ll learn how to hold safe, sacred containers for your future clients. We’ll cover ethics, boundaries, nervous system regulation, and how to support people through emotional releases without overwhelm.

Your Breathwork Teacher Training includes:

• A 5-day or 2-weekend in-person immersion in Houston

The founding group price is $2,222 — future rounds will increase in price. Payment plans are available because accessibility matters. I want this training to feel both sacred and practical for your life.

This training is in-person only, because true depth happens in sacred, embodied spaces. However, many students travel from nearby states to join us. Houston is an accessible hub, and I can share local lodging recommendations for out-of-town participants.

Many trainings are either long, expensive, or only online. This training is affordable, in-person, small-group, and trauma-informed. You’ll also receive practical business guidance to actually use what you learn — without unrealistic promises.
