Dive into the soothing peace your soul craves with this 90-minute mindful restorative yoga class in the privacy of your own workplace, home, or other location. **Please note this is a closed group for up to 10 people at a location of your choice, which includes a travel fee, so you must book all ten spots. However, if you'd like to attend an open group session for up to 4 people at the Breathe Connect Thrive Studio, you can book the Group Restorative Yoga.** Feel the relief of ease as your muscles soften and release in this 90-minute Restorative Yoga Group Session at Breathe Connect Thrive in Houston’s East End. Service Description: Restorative yoga gives you a chance to slow down and just be. No straining, pinching, or sweating here. Allow complete relaxation of your body, mind, and spirit through 6-10 supported poses held with the use of bolsters, pillows, blankets, straps, and eye pillows. What you can expect: • Aromatherapy • Comfort & Restoration • Calming breath guidance • Guided meditation, visualization, or Savasana at the end of each session Restorative yoga is for you if you want to: • De-stress, slow down, and push the reset button. • Take a meditative break and come home to yourself. • Build nervous system resilience while you appreciate a relaxing and supported practice.
